  • 250 g kiwifruit
  • 150 g blood orange(s)
  • 100 g banana(s)
  • 500 g gelling sugar 1:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Important! This recipe is based on pre-cleaned or juiced fruit! Otherwise, simply simmer for 15-20 minutes until it thickens slowly, then pour into the previously boiled jars and place the tightly sealed jars upside down (to create a vacuum).
