Churros Filled with Chocolate
The perfect churros filled with chocolate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 50 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 250 ml Water
- 130 g Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla flavor
- 4 Pc. Eggs
- 90 g Chocolate chips
- 250 ml Oil
- Cinnamon sugar
- Put the butter, sugar, salt and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Stir the flour into the boiling mixture.
- Keep stirring until a firm, brown dough forms.
- Gradually work the vanilla aroma and the eggs into the mixture.
- Let the mixture cool down for 5 minutes and place in a piping bag.
- On a baking sheet, spray 6 rings, place the chocolate pieces in the middle of the dough sausages and put the rest of the dough back on top as rings.
- Place the donuts in the freezer for 3 hours.
- Heat the oil to 175 degrees, bake the churros until crispy brown and then turn them in the cinnamon sugar.
