- 200 g dark chocolate with nuts
- 100 g milk
- 50 g butter
- 10 g oil

Using a mixer (e.g., Thermomix), finely chop the nut chocolate. Then, gently heat it with the milk in a saucepan, stirring constantly, until the chocolate has melted. Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the softened butter and oil. Transfer to a clean jar and store in the refrigerator. Allow the spread to come to room temperature before serving to make it more pliable.
