Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 200 g hazelnuts, ground
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp gingerbread spice
- 1 small jar applesauce
- 2 cups flour
- 1 ½ packets of baking powder
Instructions

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Stir in the oil, then gradually stir in the hazelnuts, cocoa, cinnamon, gingerbread spice, and applesauce. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir briefly. Grease a 26cm springform pan, pour in the batter, and bake at 180°C for about one hour.
