Advent Tiramisu

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g cream
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g speculatius biscuits
  • 400 g mixed berries, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 30 minutes

A must during Advent…

Whip the cream until stiff, combine the mascarpone, quark, sugar, and vanilla sugar, and fold in the cream. Spread about 3 tablespoons of the cream into a square baking dish, then arrange a layer of speculatius biscuits on top. Arrange the berries on top (you can make the frozen fruit the night before; it will absorb the biscuits well). Spread the remaining cream on top and cover with speculatius biscuits. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours or overnight. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. It looks especially beautiful if you use a stencil to dust the biscuits with cocoa stars.
