Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 375 g sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 250 g flour
- 1 tbsp rum
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 125 g nuts, ground
- 1 cup(s) coffee, very strong
- 1 pack of cake icing, chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cream the butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Gradually add the remaining ingredients, finishing with the cold coffee. Mix everything into a smooth batter and pour into a greased and crumbled Bundt pan. Bake at 175°C for approximately 1 hour. Cover with chocolate glaze.
