Aglio E Olio with Difference

The perfect aglio e olio with difference recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 small Hot peppers
  • 200 g Pasta of your choice
  • 0,5 bunch Spring onions fresh
  • 100 g North Sea Crabs
  • 8 Cocktail tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Freshly grated Parmesan
  1. Halve the peppers and remove the seeds. Cut very small. Clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Halve cocktail tomatoes. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the garlic. Add tomatoes, peppers and leeks to the pan. Let simmer briefly. Add the crabs. Fold in the noodles that have been cooked in the meantime and season well with salt and pepper. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan.
