Aioli – turkey rolls

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 small turkey schnitzels
  • 4 tsp sauce (aioli, Allioli brand)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

fast, extraordinary, spicy and juicy

Place the turkey cutlets under cling film and flatten until they double in size. Brush with aioli and sprinkle with chopped chives. Roll them up and secure the rolls with toothpicks. Briefly fry them all over in a little oil and season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Finish cooking in a casserole dish at 150°C (fan oven) for about 20 minutes. Serve with leaf spinach or a fresh spring salad.
