Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp flavoring (finesse bourbon vanilla)
  • 150 g walnuts, chopped
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Absolutely delicious! Makes about 20 pieces

Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it in a double boiler. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar with a hand mixer until fluffy. Stir in the eggs and then the melted chocolate. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Combine the flour, baking powder, nuts, salt, and vanilla, and stir into the wet ingredients until a creamy batter forms. Grease a 20 x 10 cm baking dish and pour in the batter. Bake the smooth batter for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit), or until it passes the skewer test. Cut the brownies into 3 x 2 cm pieces and enjoy while still warm. The recipe comes from an American cookbook.
