Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 ml cream
  • 75 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • basil
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions and garlic. Add the tomato paste, milk, and cream. Stir well and bring to a boil. Season to taste with salt, spices, basil, and honey. Serve with the cooked pasta.
