Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g low-fat curd cheese
- 80 g Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp, heaped Ajvar, hot
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped
- 1 tsp, heaped mustard
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Let it sit for a while. Delicious with grilled meat, fondue, baked vegetables, fried tofu, etc.
