Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 350 g cream cheese
- 150 g ajvar
- 250 ml water
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp, heaped herbs, Italian, frozen
- Cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Dice the chicken breast fillets and fry them in oil until golden brown. Add water, ajvar, and cream cheese and bring to a boil briefly. Add soy sauce and seasonings and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then season the dish again. I serve it with rice. Tip: You can also add mushrooms or other vegetables to this dish.
