Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g wheat flour type 405
- 200 g wheat flour type 550
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp herbs de Provence
- 3 tbsp ajvar
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml water, warm
- Olive oil for brushing
- Salt, coarse, for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
Briefly mix all ingredients with a hand mixer on the lowest setting, then on the highest setting for about 5 minutes until you have a smooth dough. Dust with a little flour, cover, and let it rise in a warm place. Knead the dough again, shape it into a flatbread, and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let it rise again. Then make small indentations in the dough, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20-25 minutes.
