Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g oat flakes, fine
  • 10 g flaxseed, crushed
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 shot of water
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 shot of water
  • 1 dashes liquid sweetener
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • n. B. Fruit of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Weigh the oats, flaxseeds, chia seeds, egg, honey, and water and mix well in a bowl. Line a baking sheet with baking paper, pour the mixture onto it, and spread it evenly into a circle. Bake at 180°C (convection oven) for 15 minutes and let cool completely. Whisk the low-fat quark, water, sweetener, and cinnamon in a bowl until creamy and spread over the cooled base. Wash and slice your favorite fruit and top the base with it as desired.
