Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 steak(s) (butterfly steaks), unfolded
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp cranberries from the jar
- 1 tbsp herbs de Provence
- 2 slices of cheese
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Season the steaks with salt and pepper and fry in olive oil. Sprinkle with Provençal herbs while frying. Then place the steaks in a shallow baking dish, spread with cranberries, and top with the cheese slices. Bake in the oven at approximately 180 degrees Celsius until the cheese is lightly browned. Serve with fresh baguette and a fresh salad.
