Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels, from the loin
- salt and pepper
- Flour
- 5 large potatoes, coarsely grated
- 2 eggs
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
- ½ sprig(s) oregano, fresh, finely chopped
- ½ sprig(s) Thyme, fresh, finely chopped
- ½ sprig(s) marjoram, fresh, finely chopped
- 1 spring onion(s), finely chopped
- Clarified butter for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Season the meat well with salt and pepper, then flour it. Mix the remaining ingredients together. Spread the breading mixture over each schnitzel and press down firmly with your hands. Gently fry the schnitzel in clarified butter until the breading has browned slightly.
