Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 can/n tomatoes, peeled
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 tsp oil
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 250 ml broth
- Oregano, cumin, coriander
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tsp sambal oelek

Mini meatballs in spicy sauce
Mini meatballs: Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, form into small meatballs, and fry. For the sauce: Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan, add 1 finely chopped onion, fry until translucent, add 1 crushed garlic clove, and fry briefly. Add 1 teaspoon of sambal oelek and 1 bell pepper (diced), season with a pinch of oregano, cumin, coriander, and salt. Deglaze with 250g of stock and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the pureed tomato sauce (passionate tomatoes) and simmer for another 10 minutes. Stir in 250g of cream, add the meatballs, and simmer in the stock for 10 minutes.
