Alfalfa sprout salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g sprouts (alfalfa sprouts)
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 apples
  • ½ cup apple juice
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • some orange juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the sprouts. Peel the oranges, remove the white pith, fillet, and cut into pieces, reserving the juice if possible. For the sauce, peel, core, and quarter the apples. Purée the apple pieces, banana, apple and orange juice, and cinnamon with a hand blender. Mix the sauce with the sprouts, raisins, and orange pieces and serve sprinkled with the sunflower seeds.
