Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 ml Balsamic vinegar, rosé
- 150 ml water
- 2 tsp, heaped vegetable stock, granulated
- 2 dashes of Maggi
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- ½ tsp horseradish (creamed horseradish)
- 2 tsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp herbs (salad herbs), from the jar, freeze-dried
- 150 ml oil (germ oil, sunflower oil, etc.)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
goes well with all leaf or mixed salads
I add the ingredients in the order listed above to a 500 ml shaker, shake well, and that’s it! It’s also easy to prepare in advance for two days and store in the refrigerator.
