Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 garlic cloves, Chinese
  • 1 chili pepper(s), red, yellow or green
  • 4 cm ginger
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 dashes fish sauce
  • e.g. olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Finely chop the garlic, chili, and ginger, then add them to a jar with salt and fish sauce and top with oil. Tip: Use as a marinade, with vegetables, or with a salad with a little vinegar and onions. It will keep for a long time in the refrigerator. If the sauce gets stale, it’ll keep for a long time.
