Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (e.g. spiral pasta)
- salt water
- 300 g meat sausage
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 1 bag of cheese (Emmental), grated
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions and set aside. Peel the sausage, slice it, and then halve it. Slice the onions into thin half rings, then fry them briefly in a little butter. Add the mushrooms and sausage pieces and fry until golden brown. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Take a bowl, add a layer of pasta, then a layer of the sausage mixture, and then sprinkle with cheese. Repeat this two or three more times until all the ingredients are in the bowl. Mix everything together well with a spoon.
