Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 2 stalk(s) spring onion(s)
- 200 g pasta
- 8 small sausages (Nuremberg bratwurst)
- 4 small corn cobs
- 250 ml water
- 3 tbsp sauce thickener, light
- 2 eggs
- turmeric
- Ginger, ground
- Salt
- Pepper from the mill
- Spice mix (Chinese spice)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta as usual. Trim and dice the bell pepper. Slice the spring onions, sausages, and corn. Fry everything except the pasta in a nonstick pan. Season to taste. Combine the water and sauce thickener in a measuring cup and pour over the roasted food. Mix everything well and add the cooked pasta. Pour the two eggs over everything and mix until the desired consistency is reached.
