Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 40 g butter
- 40 g flour
- 1 liter meat broth
- 125 g herb cheese spread
- Pinch(s) of nutmeg
- Salt and pepper, white
- ½ bunch parsley
- n. B. Croutons
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Melt the butter and add the flour, stirring until smooth. Sauté until light yellow. Gradually add the meat broth with a whisk, being careful not to form any lumps. Cook for 7 minutes, stirring frequently. Then add the cheese in small pieces. Stir until melted. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Wash and chop the parsley, and sprinkle it over the soup. Serve sprinkled with croutons.
