Baked Camembert with ham crust

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 Camemberts
  • 8 slices of smoked ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Arrange the smoked ham in a cross shape with four slices, place the Camembert on top, fold the ham upwards, and wrap the cheese in a wrapper. Repeat with the second Camembert. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes. Serve with baguette or salad.
