Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 750 g potatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 50 g wheat, freshly ground
  • salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 125 g cheese, grated
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the potatoes, grate them finely, and place them in a bowl. Finely chop the onion. Mix the sour cream, wheat flour, and onion into the potatoes. Season generously with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix the cheese and parsley into the potato mixture. Heat the fat in a pan, add 1-2 tablespoons of the potato mixture to the pan, and fry until golden brown on both sides.
