Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g almonds, unpeeled
- oil
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
delicious as a spread
Heat a pan and roast the almonds until they begin to smell. Then transfer them to a tall container and blend with a little oil until they become a puree. Sweeten with a little sugar. Transfer to a sealable jar (jam jar or similar).
