Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g almonds, ground
- 75 g xylitol (sugar substitute)
- 10 drops of flavoring (Flavdrops Nougat)
- 50 g margarine
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Then add the remaining ingredients to the egg yolks in a bowl and mix with a mixer. Then fold in the beaten egg whites. Grease a loaf pan and pour in the batter. Bake at 175°C (convection oven) for 45 minutes.
