- 150 g sugar
- 300 g almonds
- 4 tbsp milk

Mug cake, sheet cake
For the pastry, combine the cup of cream, 150g sugar, 2 cups flour, 3 eggs, 1 packet of baking powder, a pinch of salt, and a little vanilla sugar. Then bake the pastry on a baking sheet lined with baking paper in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, make the almond pastry with 200g butter or margarine, 150g sugar, 300g almonds, and 4 tablespoons of milk. Bring the almond pastry to a boil and pour it over the pastry. Then bake the cake for another 10-15 minutes.
