Almond Cake Ala Mom

- 140 g Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 150 g Sugar
- 150 g Flour
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 100 g Cream
- 100 g Almond sticks
- Fat for the shape
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection 160 degrees). Grease the springform pan (24 cm diameter).
- Melt 2,100 g butter. Beat eggs with sugar until frothy. Stir in flour, fold in melted butter. Bake the dough in the pan for 20 minutes in the middle.
- In the meantime, heat the remaining 40 g butter, honey and cream and cook for two minutes. Add the almond and stir in well. Spread the almond mixture on the cake and bake for another 15 minutes.
