  • 750 g Apple peeled fresh
  • 5 tbsp Calvados
  • 25 g Sugar white
  • 125 g Butter
  • 125 g Sugar brown raw sugar
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 70 g Peeled and ground almonds
  • 175 g Flour
  • 7 g Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 50 g Flaked almonds
  1. Apple juice can also be used instead of calvados
  1. 1. Peel the apples in quarters and halve the wedges again and cut across into pieces, drizzle with calvados or apple juice and sprinkle with sugar – mix everything well
