- 3 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Chocolate shavings white
Topping
- 0,5 packet White couverture
- 1 tbsp Whole milk chocolate shavings

- Finely grind the almonds, add the sugar, flour, baking powder, vanilla, chocolate powder and margarine to the almonds and mix well. Then add the eggs one by one and keep stirring. Then fold in the chocolate shavings. Bake in a greased and floured baking pan at 160 ° for 35 minutes.
Topping
- Take the cake out of the mold and let it cool down. Heat the couverture in a water bath and brush the cake with it. Sprinkle with the chocolate shavings. This cake is very moist, baked very quickly and easily.
