Ingredients
- 200 g Margarine
- 200 g Ground almonds
- 200 g Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 200 g Flour
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 Butter-Vanilla baking flavor
- 200 g Couverture white
- 4 tbsp Milk
- Sliced almonds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 °. Line a loaf pan with baking paper.
- Beat eggs, margarine and sugar until frothy. Add the remaining ingredients and mix into a dough. Fill into the pan and bake for 55 minutes. Let the cake cool on a wire rack.
- Fry the sliced almonds in a pan. Melt the couverture with the milk and pour over the cake and sprinkle with the almonds.
