Ingredients
 

  • 500 ml Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Grated tonka beans
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 1 Egg Whites

Instructions
 

  • The pudding was actually intended for something else. I then rescheduled at short notice, but the pudding was there.
  • Mix the sugar, tonka and pudding powder in approx. 50ml milk. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, stir in the mix, remove from the stove and let cool.
  • Then distribute the pudding evenly in 4 soufflé molds.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff and pour onto the pudding.
  • Place in the oven preheated to 120 ° C (center) and leave for about 25-30 minutes until the egg white has a light brown surface.
  • Can be eaten cold or slightly warm.
