Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 160 g sugar
  • 250 g ground almonds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 50 wafers

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

makes about 50 pieces

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add the lemon juice, sugar, ground almonds, and cinnamon. Place the wafers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Using two teaspoons, place small heaps of the wafers onto the wafers. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 150°C.
