Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 ml almond milk (almond drink), unsweetened
- 125 g natural yogurt, low-fat
- 25 g protein powder (Whey Protein Vanilla)
- 5 g inulin
- 125 g pineapple in its own juice, from the can
- ½ avocado(s), frozen
- 1 dash of lemon juice
Instructions

Drain the pineapple. Combine all ingredients in a tall bowl and blend with an immersion blender until smooth. You can also use a blender. You can also swap the avocado for half a banana. In this case, you can omit the lemon juice. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, you can sweeten it with stevia or another sweetener.
