Almond pineapple avocado smoothie

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml almond milk (almond drink), unsweetened
  • 125 g natural yogurt, low-fat
  • 25 g protein powder (Whey Protein Vanilla)
  • 5 g inulin
  • 125 g pineapple in its own juice, from the can
  • ½ avocado(s), frozen
  • 1 dash of lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Drain the pineapple. Combine all ingredients in a tall bowl and blend with an immersion blender until smooth. You can also use a blender. You can also swap the avocado for half a banana. In this case, you can omit the lemon juice. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, you can sweeten it with stevia or another sweetener.
