Almond pomace peanut cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • Almond pulp (pomace) from 1 liter of almond milk
  • 350 g peanut butter
  • 6 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Combine the almond flour, sugar, and peanut butter. Form the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Press the balls down with a fork, rotate them 90 degrees, and press again to create a checkered pattern. Adjust the edges slightly if necessary, as the dough is brittle. Place the cookies in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
