Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 175 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 200 g almonds, sliced
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Super fast and super tasty

Mix the cup of cream (rinse and use for measuring), the cup of sugar, the cup of flour, the baking powder, and the eggs into a smooth batter. Spread everything onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius (middle rack). Meanwhile, slowly melt the butter and mix it with the sugar, almonds, and milk. Spread everything onto the base and bake for another 10 minutes.
