Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg pear(s)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp cranberries (from the jar)
- 150 g speculatius biscuits
- 400 g cream
- some cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash, peel, and core the pears. Cover and simmer with lemon juice, a little water, the sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon for 8-10 minutes. Fold in the cranberries and let everything cool. Layer the compote with crumbled speculatius biscuits and whipped cream.
