- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200 g butter
- 200 g almond flakes
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- Grease for the tray

quick, easy sheet cake
First things first: Use the empty cream cup to measure the ingredients listed. Mix the cream with the sugar, flour, baking powder, and eggs. Spread the batter onto a greased baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 220°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, melt the butter in a saucepan and mix with the flaked almonds, sugar, and canned milk. After the 10 minutes of baking, remove the baking sheet from the oven and spread with the almond mixture. Bake for another 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F), until the flaked almonds are golden brown. After baking, the topping will still be quite soft. This is normal; it will harden as it cools. I like it best when it’s still a little warm, but it’s also delicious cold, of course.
