Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 450 g powdered sugar
- 300 g flour, smooth
- 150 g nuts, grated
- ⅛ liter of water and 125 ml of Aloe Vera drinking gel
- ⅛ liter of oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp rum
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients in a bowl for 8 minutes. Pour the batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 160°C for about 1 hour. Decorate or sprinkle with sugar as desired.
