Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g blueberries
  • ⅛ liter milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 cl schnapps (fruit brandy)
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Lemon balm for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Blend all ingredients thoroughly in a blender for about 2 minutes. Pour into well-chilled glasses and garnish with lemon balm.
