- 80 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- Milk
- Oil, a few drops
- Salt
- Sugar
- Fat, for baking
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
a soup garnish that also tastes delicious as a snack
Mix the flour with the egg, salt, oil, and a little milk to form a runny batter. Pour the batter through a coarse sieve or grater directly into hot oil and fry very quickly. The sieve must be dry, otherwise the batter will stick.
