Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 60 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 cups of crème fraîche
- 2 cups of whipped cream (250g each)
- 175 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pkt. pudding powder (cream flavor)
- 250 g cream cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine butter, sugar, salt, 1 egg, baking powder, and flour in a smooth batter and line the bottom and sides of a springform pan (about halfway up). For the topping, first mix the solid ingredients (custard powder, vanilla sugar, sugar, salt), then stir in the quark, crème fraîche, 2 eggs, and finally the cream. Be careful, it’s very runny! Carefully pour the mixture into the springform pan and bake at 180-200 degrees Celsius for about 60 minutes. Then let it cool completely before removing the cake from the pan.
