Alsatian Tarte Flambée
The perfect alsatian tarte flambée recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
dough
- 300 g Flour
- 125 ml Water
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 2 pinch Salt
Covering
- 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 50 ml Milk
- 150 g Ham cubes
- 100 g Onion
- 4 Pc. Spring onion
- Pepper
dough
- Knead an even dough from all the ingredients and roll it out thinly (approx. 3mm thick).
Covering
- Mix the crème fraîche with milk and season with salt and pepper. Cut the onion into small cubes and the spring onion into rings. Spread the crème fraîche on the dough and sprinkle with diced ham, diced onion and spring onion.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 210 ° C (fan oven) for about 10-15 minutes.
Note
- Instead of diced ham, diced bacon can of course also be used.
