Salmon Wrap with Spinach Leaves and Egg

The perfect salmon wrap with spinach leaves and egg recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Smoked salmon
  • 4 Pc. Wrap
  • 80 g Fresh spinach leaves
  • 4 Pc. Hard boiled egg
  • 30 g Dijon mustard
  • 20 g Cream horseradish
  • 60 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Salt
  1. Mix the dressing with crème fraîche, mustard and horseradish and add a little salt to taste.
  2. Spread half of the dressing over the wraps. Now distribute the spinach, salmon and egg slices on top. At the end, spread the rest of the dressing over it and roll up the wraps.
