Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 350 g flour
- 300 g sour cream
- ¾ pack of baking powder
- 4 small cans of tangerine(s)
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g almond(s) (flakes)
- 125 g butter, melted
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Beat eggs with sugar until frothy, then alternately beat in flour, baking powder, and sour cream. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread well-drained mandarin oranges on top, sprinkle with almond flakes mixed with sugar, and then bake. Melt the butter and brush it onto the still-hot cake. Baking time: 20–25 minutes – Temperature: 180–200°C.
