Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 10 m.-sized potatoes
- 2 tsp butter or margarine or oil
- 1 small onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- curry
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Boil potatoes, peel and cut into small pieces (slices, cubes as desired); cut onion into small cubes; heat pan, add butter, margarine or oil, let it melt and then add potatoes, fry briefly, add onion cubes and then season with salt, pepper and curry to taste; fry potatoes until done, as desired.
