Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter cherry juice
  • 150 ml Amaretto
  • 500 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Super delicious on ice cream, desserts or topped up with mineral water!

Combine cherry juice, amaretto, and sugar in a large saucepan and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring continuously, until the liquid has visibly thickened. Bottle while still hot.
