Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 points Gnocchi
- ½ onion(s), diced
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 150 g diced ham
- 1 cup of cream
- 300 g spinach, frozen
- 3 carrots
- butter
- Flour
- broth
- oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Sauté the onion and garlic in butter. Add the ham, dust with flour, and stir briefly. Pour in the cream, continue stirring, and then pour in the broth. Add the spinach and finely chopped carrots. Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Season the sauce with oregano and thicken with flour, if desired. Serve with the gnocchi.
