Amarettini Chocolates
The perfect amarettini chocolates recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 50 g Chopped almonds
- 1 tsp Powdered sugar
- 100 g Semi-Sweet chocolate
- Finesse Christmas flavor
- 50 g Crush Amarettini almond biscuits
- Obviously, the dullness and blotchiness have to be related to my Silikomart silicone praline molds, because the rest of the chocolate mass, which I simply formed into small heaps with two spoons, has neither become blunt nor blotchy. Perhaps someone would like to write to me about which praline molds they have had good experiences with?
- Roast the almonds and then caramelize them with powdered sugar.
- Melt the chocolate. Season to taste with Christmas aroma. I took 1/4 tsp.
- Add the almonds and amarettini crumbs to the chocolate.
- Press into a silicone praline mold and let it harden in the refrigerator.
